Heat Tracing Panel

We are delighted to announce the successful design, manufacturing, and delivery of an ATEX and IECEX certified Heat Tracing Panel, certified Ex d for hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

This panel features dedicated circuits designed for powering heat tracing cables and controlling their power based on real-time feedback signals from thermocouples monitoring the temperature. To provide visibility into the actual temperature readings, dedicated instrument housings with glass windows for each temperature controller are incorporated into the panel.

For enhanced safety, the outgoing feeders are equipped with current and leakage monitoring, utilizing current CTs, Neutral CTs, and Ground CTs.

Constructed with Ex d certified Copper-Free Aluminium Alloy, which is marine-grade, the panel’s enclosures are painted in a special Green Colour, meeting the specified requirements of the end user.

The panel holds certifications, including Gas: II 2G Ex db IIB+H2 T5 Gb, Dust: II 2D Ex tb IIIC T100 C Db IP66, and is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +55 degrees Celsius.

The entire system is securely mounted on a wall-mounted frame made of Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel (HDGS), ensuring durability and stability.
