We are pleased to announce the successful design, manufacturing, and delivery of an ATEX and IECEX certified Plug and Socket Power Distribution Panel for a distinguished client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Tailored for dedicated socket distribution in Oil and Gas maintenance tasks, this panel efficiently powers essential equipment such as drilling machines, grinding machines, welding machines, and more. Notably, it incorporates ample spare feeders to accommodate unforeseen loads and overcome any constraints related to modifying the Ex db Certified panels on-site.

Constructed with Ex d certified Copper-Free Aluminium Alloy, renowned for its marine-grade durability, the sockets are crafted from Ex de certified GRP material, ensuring reliable performance.

This panel holds certifications including Gas: II 2G Ex db IIB+H2 T5 Gb, Dust: II 2D Ex tb IIIC T100 C Db IP66, and is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +50 degrees Celsius.

The entire system is securely mounted on a Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel (HDGS) frame with a canopy, guaranteeing robust support.
